Enhancement of the Mechanical Properties of a Geopolymer Concrete Due to Chemical and Microstructural Interaction of the Binder Material

Many experimentation and researchers were made in the recent decades concrete advancement field of technology given a major focus. In years research, many new replacement materials identified further details studies over to have clear better idea about material. this study, binder which is be cement basically replaced with combination Alccofine-1203(A), Metakaolin (MK), Ground Granulated Blast-furnace Slag (GGBS) different ratios arrive geopolymer mix. addition, study also focuses on chemical interaction material its microstructure interaction. The liquid (l/b) varied between 0.48 0.54, seven mixes arrived experimental investigation done for mechanical property. maximum compressive strength obtained from mix proportions G50M35A15 at an l/b ratio 0.50 was taken as design Geopolymer Slag, Metakaolin, Alccofine-1203 (GMA) used study. general, when finer particles or added material, particle will reduce voids thereby increasing by developing denser combination. Experimentally, results proves that there significant hike behaviour concrete. carried out through SEM analysis energy dispersive X-ray (EDAX) indicated good interlocking characteristics inturn directly impacts properties
